Retro gaming is among my greatest passions. I also collect retro consoles (though I often prefer Dos, Mac, and Amiga games), and arcade machines. (No Pinball tables yet, though...) Here's what I recall from the top of my head:
Atari 2600
NES
SNES (With some rare peripherals, such as the Super 8, Game Doctor SF3, and Nakitech Game Saver)
N64
PSX and PS1 (With the attached LCD Screen)
Amiga 500
A sort of MS-Dos computer, runs like a Pentium 1
iMac G3
Macintosh SE
2 Dreamcasts (1 without the boot protection)
Sega Genesis Model 1 with Sega CD Model 2
Sega Nomad
Neo-Geo MVS Arcade Machine (It's a conversion in a 19" Dynamo cabinet, but nice. Even though it's a 4-slot model, I'm just using slot 1 with the 111-in-1 Cartridge.)
Mortal Kombat 2 Arcade Machine (Dedicated, and in fantastic condition. It was once converted to an Area 51, but has luckily has been converted back. I plan to use a switcher to include MK1-MK4.)
