My favorite Rob Bottin creations have to be the aliens from my favorite Joe Dante movie Explorers. Robert Picardo plays two of them. The movie made me a fan of both men. (I was Joe Dante fan already after Gremlins.)
It's too bad Bottin is retired. Rick Baker is still going strong. Come back Rob! We miss your awesome work!
I saw some fantastic life size replicas of Bottin's Darkness and Meg Mucklebones from Legend, as well as a Howling werewolf at Monsterpalooza last year.
