Wow, that would be something interesting...a full length movie based upon the pre-Robin tales of 1939...a more brooding and demonic dark avenger of the night akin to The Shadow and The Phantom, but from hell...Rated R and The Batman carries a gun. ;)
 
TDKR still perplexes me. Freaking weird movie that can't make up it's mind about anything. As a movie it fails, and as a Batman story it undermines the major theme of the character which is something I thought Nolan would be fascinated with.
