As you're going through the trouble to fix those color issues, in case you missed it, I'd like to mention that its not only those two shots in the garage I posted earlier that are affected, the color stability isn't back until after Threepio has presented himself. A few more examples:
green turns blue
green turns pink
green turns cyan
green turns blue
green turns blue
Another minor one where blue turns pink.
