Okay, which one of you was the guy trying to talk to George on the way to his limo? Confess! ;)

Well, it's not so odd if he's old and grumpy, now that he has inconsiderate nerds jumping out in front of him with a camera shouting about: "Ehm, ehm, Harrison, and ehm, Carrie and... Ah, Harrison and ehm, Carrie and ...."

Do us all a favor, sit down, and shut up.

Sounded like it was part of a question about that pesky third trilogy George insists he was never going to make in the first place. ;)

Thanks guys.  The clips are definitely not new, I just pulled them from youtube, but I don't think anyone actually put them together in a row before to actually give the impression of what he was like then.

You can see he's more focused on other people, talking about "Star Wars" from audience point of view.  It's been a long time since people have been able to see a movie like this, he says.  He comes off as humble, kind of shy, and wanting to make other people happy- definitely not "into himself".

I wish that I could just wish my feelings away...but I can't.  Wishful wishing can only lead to wishes wished for in futile wishfulness, which is not what I wish to wish for.

You should def retitle this Young George Lucas. I thought i was going to be seeing footage of a grey-haired GL.

Also, this is fantastic. Good job!

Done and done.  Thanks Zombie!  I enjoyed reading excerpts from "Secret Star Wars" on your site a few years ago....
