What you are describing up there is Pescetarianism (they eat fish and vegetables only).
If someone claims to be a Vegetarian and eats fish they are LAIRS!!!!

Simply due to the fact that some "vegetarians" say they are so but leave exceptions for fish/seafood. Either not fully realizing that actually makes them a pescetarian, or choosing to define themselves to others as a "vegetarian who eats fish/seafood" for ease of communication.
...I don't see why you have any problem with what I said before... You basically just repeated what I said above. I utilized quotation marks to indicate that I recognize that doesn't make them true vegetarians. It's just something that happens in life. People mislabel themselves as vegetarians while not actually going all the way into cutting every animal out of their diet. Either they're ignorant of the term "pescetarian", they're lying, or they just get tired of trying to explain "pescetarian" to people... Misappropriation of words happen all the time in our culture. Hell, frack, stob, tweet, all words which have been misused from their core meaning. It just happens.
