the link is still active. I just clicked on it and it worked. Hotfile sometimes reports a file is deleted to free users during peak times. try using jdownloader.
EDIT: seems like everyone is having this problem, yet my hotfile account still reports it as available with no copyright flag. I'll try uploading it again as a passworded rar file
