But seems that the PC's i've got access to have newer operating systems (Vista and Win7) which are making VCDEasy think it's non-compliant. The problem stems from VCDEasy requiring not just Windows Media Player, but a specific version.

At the least have the .mdx version, but will spend a few more hours poking around for a workable option.

Trying Isobuster which maybe working. Finding it weird that you have to create the .bin in one operation and .cue in another. Nevermind when you create the .bin, it automates the .cue creation process.
