So what is the verdict on these Coffret laserdisc transfers? Are they better or worse than Moth3r's PAL effort? What are the differences?

Watching them or any other transfer is the best way to tell if YOU are going to like it. I have Lee's V1 & V2....I am glad to have them..they are worth the download.
Lee is a very nice person too....I'm proud to support his & any other person's transfers here....the only thing that's just as nice is owning the LD's that are being transferred and having a way to watch them. I don't have all the different versions on LD but the ones I do have are helpful when it comes to relating to the process and outcome.

Just wanted to send some kudos and congrats your way for your excellent work on these preservations. I just gave your preservation of ESB a test run and was more than impressed. I'm excited to see that I finally have a digital version I can sink my teeth into.
