Well good news for you then, I managed to find it under my stack of Adam West Batman VHS tapes I taped off of TV Land. So I just checked it out and my DVD does indeed contain the same glitch. I'm surprised at myself for not noticing it on my first watch of the serial... Watching it for the first while I was tired probably wasn't the best decision...
