Perhaps Artoo ought to say something when Padme tells him to go back to the ship?

Of course.  I just haven't started editing that scene yet.

I approve of your song choice.

What's funny is that the scene immediately precedes the one where Ani and Padme visit the Lars homestead and talk to Gob C3PO, but I didn't even realize it until after I put the song it.

So someone mentioned that my audio treatment of Anakin's voice during his sand dream makes it too hard to understand what he is saying (especially for someone unfamiliar with the movie). I've uploaded the original audio, my original attempt, and my second attempt. Easier to understand but still sounds dreamy?

I had no problem understanding either version, even listening through my crappy laptop speakers. Second version is clearer and still dreamy.

I can't imagine someone watching your edit that has never seen the actual movie before though. The sand line has been as infamous any of the infamous lines from the other prequels. ;)

It was the wife of an FE.org member who couldn't understand it.

Oh, and I ended up buying Herc v Moonmen after all, so there will be SANDSTORM/DEEP HURTING in there too.

To be clear, it was the wife who couldn't understand it, as opposed to a woman who was married to someone who couldn't understand it.

Congrats. MST3K renewed my interest in seeing those sword and sandal epics uncut. Pity most of what's out on DVD are poor public domain prints.

I had an idea about Crow or Tom working in the robot factory, using footage from MST3K: The Movie.

Given that I already own the movie, your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Episode II: The "I Don't Like Sand" Edition

Had me cracking up during Anakin's dream.  Very funny.

How did you get "sandwiches"?

It wasn't easy (and not perfect, either, but probably close enough).

-Sand (from "I don't like sand" obviously)
-Which (from somewhere he says it, can't remember where)
-Is (again from somewhere he says it)

I think the "is" part is a bit weak but I tried several versions and none were better. I also tried a "his" that didn't work out.

I was tempted to suggest a 'snippet' of Quicksand by David Bowie (so Ziggy would remember us) but then I thought nah.
