I was getting a face cast so I can look like this.

I'm in a production of Bernard Pomerance's The Elephant Man at my school, with me in the title role. I have more pictures of this process, but I thought that one was the most interesting of them all.

I'll post a picture of me in the finished product when I'm done.

Dave being Dave he had to play Joe without make-up.

This was interesting.

The man grew from what happened to his body and how he was treated and yet there is still a fascination with surface detail which is kind of freakish.

Just read a bit further than the OP in the Acronym Buster thread where there is a very long and utterly confusing debate about the pronunciation of the word "telecine". Schwa? I felt the need to take a crash course in phonics, then moments later the need to take two aspirin and lie down.
