I really dig the ambiance of Jabba's palace, and with the exception of the singer chick, the way it's set-up just makes me want to explore every nook and cranny! So many shady characters in there too, makes it seem like a very seedy but a place where you might want to kick it as well.
I love all the Dagobah scenes as well, especially when they're in Yoda's hut, it makes me feel all cozy and warm inside, with the combination of the fireplace and rain outside.
Mos Eisely is great as well, from Obi-wan's "Hive of scum and villainy line" to when they escape, it just feels so awesome and is indeed my favorite sequence out of both trilogies! The universe feels so big and teeming with life, even though they're only at a dusty spaceport, so much character is imbued in that setting, made all the more fantastic with Han Solo's presence and Luke's close call at the bar.
I really wish there were more moments in all of the films where we got to explore the Star Wars universe at the ground level as it were, because after that sequence in ANH it's all monochromatic corridors and dog fights, which are great, but the beginning is just so enchanting.
That ground level of Star Wars society is perhaps why I greatly enjoy many of the Tatooine bits in TPM, unfortunately those moments of immersion are marred by Anakin and Jar Jar, but they never ruin my appreciation for the more enjoyable fare, like Qui-gon's interactions with Watto, which always brings a smile to my face.
