By the way, I've heard that the Return of the Jedi 2004 DVD version has leaked to the 'net, has anyone seen it/heard about it?

Yes it has been discussed here many times. It seems Return of the Jedi has the most new changes.

All proven changes

All lightsabers for all three movies have been fixed and enhanced

A New Hope

1. The poorly done digital Jabba of the 1997 Special Edition has been replaced with the much better Jabba from The Phantom Menace (Han still steps on his tail.

2. Greedo still shoots first but it looks alot better then before

3. Diango is enhanced to look more alive

4. Death Star hallway has been fixed

5. Lettering on Death Star panels written in Aurebsh

6. Binary sunset now has clouds

The Empire Strikes Back

1. Emperor is now played by Ian Mckain and has some new dialog

2. Luke no longer screams as he falls

3. Bobas voice is now played by the actor who plays Jango in Attack of the Clones

Return of the Jedi

1. Racor matte lines are gone

2. Naboo is now part of celebration

3. Unmasked Anakin no longer has eyebrows and his eyes have been recolored to match Haydens (though he still is played by Shaw)

4. Anakins Ghost is now Hayden Christianson (This is the only one I don't like)

5. Jedi temple now appears in background for Coresunt celebration

6. Palpatines lightning effects have been fixed
