Seriously, don't leave because of this. You're over reacting big time and being a bit of a baby. It isn't your responsibility to put out fires, and you've been doing a shitty job at it anyway. Just ignore certain threads and this whole thing will blow over pretty soon. There is still a lot of decent conversation to be had around here. We already lost Warbler (likely for good) because of this BS.

I'm not being a baby, I'm just wondering how I got sucked into this. I had no clue the "Hug it out" thread would have turned into this. My feeling is "yikes, why am I still a part of all these conversations?"

I like this forum, I'm going to stay, I'm just removing myself from the needless drama in Off Topic. Seems like a reasonable decision to me.

I talked to georgec and warbler earlier. I'll continue post in some of the lighter topics. After all I can't leave georgec as one of the only liberal atheists in the politics thread.
