Finished it.

Very mixed feelings.

ALL SORTS OF SPOILERS I GUESS.

Well, this is a sequal to KOTOR and some kind of predessessor to SW:TOR MMORPG. Left me a bit confused and adrift.

It starts off explaining what happened between KOTOR 1 and 2. How Canderous became Mandalore and why Revan left. Good to know... but a little on the slow side.

We jump back and forth to the Sith Empire, which I found a tad dull. Evil Sith backstabbing eachother doesn't generally interest me. It wasn't until they started to get into THE SITH EMPEROR that I got onboard. Dude is a pretty twisted villain.

Two things I disliked:

That Revan was mindcontrolled to be bad back before KOTOR 1. That makes his redemption kind of meaningless.

The climax has a moment I just can't stand. "I see the future and I need to arbitrarily do something because of it! Trust me!" This is the same trick they used to make Jacen Solo turn Sithy, and it sucked then too.

In the end, not bad. Made me kinda want to play SW:TOR, but I wont. Maybe watch some cut scenes on YouTube or something.
