I feel this is similar to the majority of the dialogue in the PT. however it is much harder to fix that than ANH, period.

I just feel that it flows better that once Obi Wan is aware of the stakes, he's ready to get down to business instead of beating around the bush. He's an old man and why wouldn't he want to get the ball rolling?
