Ok, so for the mac users that perhaps like me are new to mac and/or slow I simply used the disk utility. I hit the burn icon, located the iso, and burned that straight to disc, a dual layer disc. It plays perfectly in my song bluray player. Starts up automatically etc. No Toast needed even!

But if you say you did this basically for the first two and it didn't work then I don't know, maybe the downloaded file is corrupt in some way? It worked for me for all 3 anyway. Good luck!
