Hey Ady

Have you started any work on a Return of the Jedi Revisited trailer? I remember seeing a Empire Strikes Back trailer towards the end of the production on Star Wars Revisited. I am looking forward to what tweaks and changes you will be making.

 

Also, have you ever thought of making your own original Star Wars feature/fan film?

ESBR is going to be released with a Revisited Saga trailer. That's right, clips from all 6 films, "a few new surprises", all that stuff. I think that's coming instead of an RotJR trailer.

The fact that it's clips from all 6 films, to me, means that Ady has been working on at least preliminary test stuff for the prequels. This excites me greatly.

Unless I'm totally wrong and it's just unaltered shots with added captions like "say goodbye to scenes like this" ;-)

Just wanted to ask this here - will there be another awesome painting made by Adywan specifically for the DVD cover?

The ANH:R one was so great, it inspired me to start painting...  So I was wondering if ESB:R will receive the same treatment?

BTW has anyone thought of making shirts for the Revisited projects? It would be fun to see if anyone wheres them at Celebration 6.

With the final project practically upon us I'd rather not see another clip and I lack the self control to not look if there was one.

It would be nice to see a few more behind the scenes photos and stuff like that but the film is only so long and if we keep getting it in slithers some of the shine will come off the final reveal.

20 - Re-edited the Wampa cave scene to closer match the original theatrical version, eliminating all SE additions (apart from one shot)

This doesn't sound like Ady actually filmed new Wampa footage?

The new Wampa would be used in the Luke Smackdown scene.*

*I've not seen the new Wampa.

Hey Adywan,if you can, please have a 2 to 3 min clip of the new Wampa. Can you start it at the part where Luke says " Hey...smell something?" Than cut the part out with Han,and cut to the part with Luke hanging upside down,in the cave. Than finish it with Luke running out of the cave.Can you post it on Vimeo please. Thank you.              

 

One day we will have properly restored versions of the Original Unaltered Trilogy (OUT); or 1977, 1980, 1983 Theatrical released versions (Like 4K77,4K80 and 4K83); including Prequels. So that future generations can enjoy these historic films that changed cinema forever.

I'd be surprised if adywan would want to reveal his new 'Wampa' scene to everyone before the actual release pat man, but you never know...

The forthcoming 'Revisited saga' trailer should be worth waiting for too, though.
