I can't agree with you at all. The re-edited hut scene makes much more sense in terms of the flow of the conversation. It's one of the best parts of ANHR.

For me, there's only one thing wrong with ANHR as is: the music in the Obi-Wan vs. Vader fight. I also think comm chatter would be nice in the additional space shots, but I don't know if it is entirely necessary.
