Creative people certainly loved SW (OT) for all the crafts it brought together (painters, modelers, sound ....) + a certain art of story telling.

No need to remain sitting watching it for years scratching your balls with a buck of popcorn (or fish) though. Stuff like this can wake you up , or wake some skills up.

Washing your brain over an over again with the films is all the contrary of Yoda's teachings ! It fanatism (and also running away). Memory should be enough and then you move on.

Edit: of course if you watch it a thousand time to check what's wrong and restore it, that's something else.
