The version I had uploaded was different from daveytod's version. DaveTheHutt was kind enough to upload whole daveytod disc for me. Here are the links:
I'm pretty sure it's PAL (I only tested it briefly last night on my BD player and it said it was the incorrect format). Hopefully we can get this thing circulating again. Not sure if it's better than the version I uploaded or not.
