afaik, its dubbed. they used american cast to dub it. don't think it was necessary - the original dub had an english cast that was pretty good. why re-dub it twice?

if dub is not successful, no chance for a sub. Its true, subs are better (GRave of the Fireflies being the greatest example). But i have been pretty pleased with the ghibli dubs like Spirited Away.
