Cool pic Luke - the 2nd pic is most likely it, though as a kid I thought the thing was a LOT bigger than that. Strange how the mind plays tricks on you over the years...

I can't believe how much some of this stuff goes for on ebay.co.uk - at the moment they've got a Palitoy Power Droid action figure for £500:-
