If I could have access to any actor from any era at any time in his/her life, these are the actors I'd pick for a rebooted saga:

Ewan McGregor - Obi-Wan Kenobi

Leonardo DiCaprio - Anakin Skywalker

Hayden Christensen - Young Darth Vader

Matt Lanter - Young Darth Vader's voice

Jane Fonda - Mother Skywalker

Clive Revill - Palpatine's voice

Djimon Hounsou - Mace Windu

And that's all I've got.
