I for one don't mind a little toilet humor every now and then.

I wonder if while Padme is asleep maybe she could pass gas a few times? Then we could see R2 react to that in some way.

Or there can be a shot of those slugs going under her covers, she passes gas and then you can reverse the shot to show the slugs leaving to escape. Maybe they could just climb right back out the window even.

Then Anakin can react "I sense it too" (new meaning given to that line) and when they both burst into her room Anakin waving around his saber can be him fanning off the odor and Obi-Wan's silly jump out the window becomes his escape from Padme's toxic gas.
