Not even sure if it's supposed to fit any context of the scene, if I recall correctly, this is just heard in off-screen-communication as we see some individual filing a report. The line should probably be cut off -The android, the hung-over writing-- or with an ellipsis, I know what scene you're talking about but I cannot check at the moment. How did the official translation treat it?
