I used a different method. Just insert all cover you want to print and make a Word document of it.
Resize the images on the paper to match the DVD cover size ... and voila.

I had to do this, because the printing of color images is quite "expensive" So now the guy at the print store only had to print one word document. Instead of all the covers.

(I did this with all James Bond Covers, all 21 of em, saved me quite a bit of $$$)
