I've received a PM from Angel explaining why certain IP addresses match.
I'm now satisfied that Angel and Nebula are, in fact, two different people.
I've asked Jay to unban Nebula; we will of course still take action against anyone posting any more personal attacks or off-topic posts in the ESB:R thread.
