ChainsawASH did the 90 box set, so I've decided to tackle the 92 box set.

I will upload these after I am confident in their quality, and I am done with the Blu Ray sized covers I am doing for Harmy's edits.

The images I used are the highest quality I could manage. Painstaking hours in front of a computer searching for the highest of quality images. The fonts I used aren't exact, but they are very close.

Anybody know if these covers are completed yet? Thanks.

They are close to being done. I've taken a hiatus from cover making for a while. School and the holidays have made getting around to doing the covers a hard task. I've got a break coming up, I'll try and work on them then. I started these covers before school, so I've heaped up a lot on my plate since then.

"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas

Thanks, hopefully tomorrow after school, I can finish them up.

The covers are done. Should I have a barcode on the back to be authentic, or keep it off?

Keep it off. Barcodes get in the way of the visuals and don't serve any purpose in this case. Can't wait for the cover.

Here it is in all it's glory. It's not perfect, but as good as I could get it considering the materials available.

Found these the other day and thought they were pretty cool.  You can download the hi-res art here:  http://tomberryartist.deviantart.com

These are really great! I think I'll use them for some LD preservation or something.

I just found an old folder with some Star Wars covers in it on a CD.  I don't know if these covers are still floating around the internet but I had some space in the cloud so I thought I would share them.  If you're interested hit up the below link.

Now, here is what the set will look like, I still haven't added any logos. The fronts and sides will stay as is, but the backs will contain the FOX logos and whatnot.

The thing I am most proud of is the colour work I did to Return Of The Jedi's poster. I hated how saturated and blue it was, so I toned it down a bit to work with the other posters, let's face it ANH and Empire had the best posters.

Does anyone still have these covers. If so can you please upload them because megaupload got shutdown.

Thankfully I held on to them. Here you go. Mediafire's been treating me right lately. Kind of a bigger file, but oh well.

Mackey256, could you upload the contents of your cover cd to a different site? Box.com doesn't let you download the whole folder, so you have to download them one by one.

Sorry but I deleted the files off my computer shortly after the upload.  I would have to download them all again to upload them someplace else.  Hopefully someone will grab them and post them elsewhere.  I also think box.com has a bandwidth limit so once that is hit the files won't be online for another month.

Hey Guys,

it's weird, having so many different versions auf our all-favorite trilogy, I'm still craving for completion. So I finally managed to get the 5-Star Version (about 10 years later, I know...:-) I will not even watch it, because of the quality:-) Can someone please cure my addiction???

Anyway, back to topic: Does anybody have a tip where to get the covers for the Five Star Trilogy (97 SE)? I looked through all the torrents as well, and prillaman just has the inlays.

Thank you so much (as always)!

A young jedi named Darth Vader who was a pupil of mine until he turned to evil helped the empire hunt down and destroy the jedi knights. Vader was seduced by the dark side of the force.
