In the UK good broadband isn't usually a matter of money but more a matter of geography.

I gave my sister the gift of the internets for Christmas and she lives ten minutes walk away from mother who could (if she wanted it, which she doesn't) have one of the fastest most stable connections in the country.

But the best I could get for her (regardless of price) was the same I have here in central Scotland which is rather slow.

I don't think the donations have put pressure on Ady anymore than Ady put pressure on people to donate.

Those who could and wanted to donated and it opened up possibilities for Ady to explore that he probably wouldn't have considered when he started.

The connections he has made and the skills and equipment he has gathered around him will make the task of making the other Revisted projects better than they would have been just using the skill set he developed doing ANH:R.

Expectations have risen because of HD more than anything.

ANH:R MK 1 looked amazing when compared to the 2004 DVD and while it still looks better, the comparison with Blu-Ray is bound to be a little less startling.

As someone who hasn't got a wall of telly or a Blu-Ray player I personally live in blissful ignorance of such matters.
