Hi, I'm new here and this is an interesting topic. I like to write down my own thought's (sorry my bad english, it's not my motherlanguage).

1. Get rid of the wacky scene of the film: the retarded song in the begining, the Ewoks. Boba Fett's joke scenes, I think you know what I meant.

2. Han's rescue. I really wondered how 5-6 people take down the whole crew of that ship, that Jabba is on. A normal military search and rescue operation is involved 100+ men, so I think the rebels can dispatch some small task force resueing the most valubale officers of the rebellion. E.G. at the end there is some battle between rebel soliders on some speeders vs Jabbas ship.

2. Leading the Battle of Endor. Why they signed up Lando to command? He is betrayed once Han, do the military commanders trust him? Or Han leading the ground forces. And where the other soliders dissapeared, that only the Ewoks remain? Can't the ground team communicate the Fellet, and call in some air support to destroy the shield generator?
