I think the problem Bingowings has pointed out is that to have it uncropped, Ady would have to use the GOUT as a source just for that one shot. The shot before it was corrected and cropped doesn't exist in any other form, therefore there'd be a visible drop in quality. Even if it was masked in a way that it was just the outfit and the removed parts of the frame that were GOUT sourced, it would still be a noticeable drop in quality.
