I don't know if it could necessarily replace either song because even if we cut down the scene (something I favor), it still is a tense moment where Oola meets the Rancor and needs something to better capture the mood. Nevertheless, I feel it would fit quite well when the droids first approach Jabba (or maybe on the sail barge, but I prefer the former). It creates a sinister mood so we better feel like the droids are entering a dangerous place. I agree, this would work great as an introduction for Jabba IMO....
