Great topic!

Leonardo: What does the shooting script say? Or any of the drafts?

Going through the version at the Starkiller Script site:

http://starwarz.com/starkiller/category/star-wars-scripts/star-wars-star-wars-scripts/

The "take orders" line shows up in the Revised Fourth Draft (March 15, 1976).  According to Bouzereau's 'Annotated Screenplays' this line and Leia's original statement before and reply were added by Gloria Katz and Wlilard Huyck.

The "No reward" line is from George's script. (not in the early drafts)

So there's a possibility the 'No reward' line dug up some memory in Katz/Huyck which lead to the dialog.

For fans of this kind of audio clip melarky, Nick Bougas' "Celebrities... At Their Worst!" compilations are a great.
