It's been my experience that RAR softwares can be stupid about time zones.
If you're bothered by such things, or anal-retentive as I am
then you should pretend you're in Greenwich when you unpack the RARs.
There's a snapshot from my imaginary holiday in Paris (UTC).
File sizes are st00pid too. Add 8GiB to what's shown
