For my birthday (which should be a holiday), one of the movies I bought was the Aliens Blu-ray, after which I sold my Quadrilogy DVD set. I'm going to buy Alien with some of my Christmas money I think, reminded of its glory by the Prometheus trailer.

Anyway, we haven't really gotten any Christmas presents yet, but Mrs. O'Five did buy me this chair yesterday:

I'm careful to point out that I got a chair, since every one of my friends on Facebook and Google+ tried to guess what it was that I got, including a lot of you people.
