I don't know which part is real and which part is fake.
DOES IT REALLY MATTER?
I used to have really big hangups about that. The first time I was with a girl with "augmentation" I was really weirded out and kind of looked down on her for it. The second time we hooked up, which I almost avoided because of my hangups, she confessed that they were fake and I responded a little too quickly and matter-of-factly with an "I know" and immediately felt like a total dick, especially when her response was a very self conscious "I didn't realize it was that obvious..."
I felt pretty bad, and did what I could to recover from it. Lucky for me we became pretty good friends for a while and she still hung out with me. Several days after the "I know" incident, she explained to me why she got them and how they made her feel a lot better about herself and more confident. After that I realized it wasn't that big of a deal. It is sad if a woman thinks she needs a boob job to be attractive, but if the state of her breasts bother her that much and a boob job makes her feel that much more confident and that much better about herself; I really can't fault her. It was pretty horrible of me not to take into consideration that the fact that she had them probably meant she was self conscious and blurting out "I know" probably made her feel like shit. She needed affirmation about her looks, and that is what I should have given her (had she had a man in her life that did that for her prior to the augmentation, perhaps she wouldn't have needed surgery to feel good about herself).
Ironically to her self-image, I think I would have found this woman that much sexier if she had been natural. Perfectly round and perky is nice I guess, but I kind of felt like that "perfection" robbed them of their character.
(Plus, it is really weird how they have a tendency to feel cold when temperatures are a little cooler, when generally they are a part of the body that, under normal circumstances, tend to feel rather warm and cozy).
