I applied Darth Mallwalker's IVTC script to the capture of ESB, encoded the video with x264 and muxed it to MKV with hairy_hen's 5.1 --I assume he doesn't mind. The resulting file is quite small, but the quality should be good enough to reflect what the raw capture is like. PM me if you're interested.
