Yep, looks fake to me, too. Just look at the name "Rise of the Empire" across the bottom. The left end of the name extends past the guidelines and left edge of the "Episode III" above it. Aligns perfectly on the right, mind you. But not on the left. The Vader helmet is far too angry looking. What I've seen so far looks pretty similar to the Vader helmet we're all accustomed to. Plus, with how the packaging has advanced, there is no way they would leave that much black space on the top half of the card and make the bottom half of the card such a spoiler as to what happens in the movie (Lava? C'mon!).

Lastly, why would they be using an Episode III card on a Bespin Leia figure?
