Um, what?
005 is dividing Star Wars viewers into two categories: Normal viewers and Harmy's Viewers. Normal Viewers have seen the 1997 or 2004 version and noticed some of the changes. Harmy's Viewers have seen Despecialized 1.0 and thought it was pretty great.
However, 005's statement is concerned with "the little things". "The little things" are things which 90% of Normal Viewers didn't notice as being changed. They were very impressed with the obvious changes, but so many little things were changed (Zoomed cockpits, to use an ESB example) that most viewers missed them. Frankly, 90% is far too low a number.
"The little things" are also things which, when viewing Despecialized 1.0, Harmy's Viewers didn't notice as not being perfect. Harmy did a lot of work to make Despecialized 1.0, but he'll be the first to tell you that even much of what he fixed wasn't fixed as perfectly as possible. Thus, in Despecialized 2.0, he's fixing his previous fixes to be even better. Many of Harmy's Viewers didn't even notice some of these things.
I hope that helps.
