There's a rather interesting pqart that puts some extra music from the ESB soundtrack back with their scenes.
I have a bootleg VHS of ESB with all the original music put back in. The quality is excellent. It is the entire movie, not the SE, and if there was music written for a scene, its in there! Even some of the alternate music has been restored. Very cool.
