I never noticed that some were on and some weren't until IF pointed them out but I submit that they don't need to be fixed because they're not mistakes.
We all know that background is a combination of matte paintings. Maybe some of them were painted dark on purpose to indicate that those vents were turned off/not in use.
Fixing mistakes is one thing - homogenizing every detail so that everything is mindlessly consistent is something else.
Rather than 'homogenizing every detail so that everything is mindlessly consistent', I just liked the fact that there was a possible opportunity to introduce a little additional (red) colour to certain shots, which might subtly enhance the 'visual' aspect of them even more during this great sequence. I can live with the 'burnt bulbs' notion though, if things are left as they are.
But the other points about the 'dotted line' of lights in the 3rd and 4th photos of my original post still stand, as well as possibly 'whitening' up that 'yellowish' light I mentioned, so I'm interested to see what adywan decides on those too eventually.

Nice to see that this idea is not dead yet
Heh, no not dead, just delayed as I keep getting sidetracked. And because I noticed a couple of other little things to do with the 'Dagobah' scenes that I ended up deciding to include too. But it's been a tricky one to organise as it involved so many screenshots to get certain things across properly, without being confusing. Hopefully there'll be something of interest to you and others when I post it for adywan's thoughts soon.
