Your first statement makes the second incorrect. According to you, Lucas won't do anything to stop a fan preservation, so the only thing holding a a fan preservation back is technological ability. Which is something this community can learn in time. If we can learn in time then that makes it possible for the fans to make a worthy preservation and since Lucas won't do anything about it.
