I have a mobile phone I never switch it on though, that would drain the battery and cost money.

I think I last topped it up when Kaiser Bill was mucking about with the Balkan States.

^I doubt it will happen.  I mean, unlike other Occupy protest, not only is it legal for you, Bingowings, to sleep in your knickers but it is in fact highly recommended for the benefit of all.
