Yes, Extended. I admit that I did not, myself, watch the dvd and bluray versions side by side, but from what I remember of comparisons, it's definitely not a constant tint application. Certain scenes were greener, the mountain pass with Boromir was noticeably blue, etc. It was quite deliberate, just as it had been throughout the trilogy. I expect it will be in The Hobbit just as much as it was in LOTR - The only difference is that there won't be a differently colored version of the first Hobbit film in existence.
