That's terrible. And a rip-off of Battlestar Galatica.

I would say it rips off Dune and Battlestar Galactica equally. I forgot to mention how the Earthlings learn about the force, and how the first one of them to use the force gets dubbed "The Skywalker".

A dark part of my soul kind of wants this novel written just to see how bad it actually would be in execution.
