If that is it, then they are selectively targeting that video.  as you're other SW related are still active.  This smells shitty.   The EFF.org's http://www.chillingeffects.org/ has a submittal form to log this complaint into a larger database.  They also have tips on how to fight the take down and get the video returned.

If you want to be a pest, mention in the comments that the video has been tagged and your reaction.  Then suggest that if people want the video to remain online they should re-upload a copy to Any service and post the link into the comments.  If even 1-2 people every month repost it somewhere... anyway that's the pest response.
