I'm taking out the Phantasm story, and just leaving the flashbacks. I have plans to integrate the other half into a sequel to my fan edit.
One big issue is that the Scarecrow's whole appearance changes from episode to episode. In "Fear of Victory" he has this kind of lame sack over his head. In "Dreams of Darkness" he has this cool pumpkin mask thing. So I have to figure out.
