At the time they were the best versions of the trilogy/Special Edition, but they also were the first discs I ever had go bad. I was never able to copy them due to CRC errors, but I still have them, covers and all. I doubt they play anymore.

I had problems backing my DVD5 versions to HDD and ended up using 3 DVD drives over 2 computers to back up the files individually. Each drive had problems with different files but between the 3, all files could read OK and be backed up. It was a pain but worth the extra work...
